By using the website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

The website is general information, not medical advice

The information on the website is general and is provided for information only. It isn’t medical advice, and it isn’t a substitute for advice from your own doctor or another licensed health professional. Our services aren’t right for everyone, experiences vary, and nothing on the website is a promise of any result. Our services aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Using the website, sending us a message or submitting an appointment request doesn’t create a provider–patient relationship. Never delay or ignore medical advice because of something you read on the website. In an emergency, call 911.

Appointment requests

The appointment request form on our Contact page is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your visit is confirmed only when we contact you and agree on a time. Please don’t include medical details in the form; we’ll go over your health history in person. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us. Before your first treatment, our medical assistant asks about your health conditions, and we may decline or postpone a service if it isn’t a good fit.

Prices and services

Prices and services shown on the website are current as of the date we last updated the page and may change without notice. HSA and FSA acceptance depends on your plan; please check with your plan administrator.

Reviews and testimonials

Reviews quoted on the website are from Google and reflect those individuals’ own experiences. Experiences vary, and a review isn’t a promise of any result for you.
