What it is

More than a video course

At K Wellness, wellness support means the 9 Secrets Membership, a program run by Kim Holistic Foot & Ankle Center. Members join a community that stays connected, with people to ask, resources to come back to and guidance along the way.

  • Community — live weekly Q&A sessions where members ask questions and hear from each other.
  • Coaching — one-on-one sessions with a health coach: once a month on Gold, twice a month on Platinum.
  • Resources — the 9-week video series and the “9 Secrets of Health” book, chapter by chapter.
  • Member savings on K Wellness hyperbaric and IV sessions.
Membership levels

Three levels, three months each

  • Silver — the 9-week video series, a chapter of “9 Secrets of Health” each month and the weekly live Q&A.
  • Gold — everything in Silver, plus a one-on-one session with a health coach once a month.
  • Platinum — everything in Gold, with one-on-one sessions with a health coach twice a month and a plan built around your schedule.

For members

Group Detox Program

The Foundational Detox is a one-month group program for 9 Secrets Gold members. A health coach guides the group from start to finish, with a structured plan, a supplement protocol and direct access for questions.

  • Quarterly groups — we offer Group Detox Programs quarterly throughout the year. Ask us when the next group begins.
  • Membership — the program is open to 9 Secrets Gold members.
  • After the program — members can continue with one of our specialty programs. Ask us for details.
“Detox” is the program’s name, not a description of a health result. The Group Detox Program is an education and support program. It is not medical treatment or a substitute for care from your own doctor, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take any medications or have a health condition, talk with your doctor before starting any supplement program.

The membership is run by Kim Holistic Foot & Ankle Center, in the same office as K Wellness. Members save on K Wellness hyperbaric and IV sessions.
